Bought for my husband for work, although this feels robust we haven't had the warm weather to really "test" the capability of it to keep food fresh and cool, but so far it seem OK in that respect. But the main drawback is that the food is not that easy to access!

For someone on a busy lunch the extra faff of a shaped zip - which often misses a tooth and catches when zipping up - is annoying. Also the lack of any size pockets or netting is a draw back as the only way to access snacks is, again, to unzip. The bottom part is now being used for "storage" - wipes, chewing gum etc. - which has resulted in a very small lunch box (by only using the top part!).

I chose this one as it is branded, looked OK to clean (which I have done once - it says to wipe out before use - and it's not too much hassle) and I wanted a sturdy one that would last a while. I was therefore willing to spend a bit more than but am now realising it didn't really fulfill the requirements... but I can't really justify buying a different one so will carry on with this one for now!

Would be better for a child/teen or for use when traveling in a car perhaps.

Great little lunch kit, very useful compartment at the bottom which can be used for storing an ice pack. Hard wearing.

My 9 year old loves this. SHe can fit what she wants inside and it is a 'cool' colour. For me - quite tricky to clean. Not long enough to fit a wrap though!

We've used it daily for over a week to keep the baby food while abroad. It kept the food cold for at least half a day and the dual compartment was very handy to keep things separated.
We also bought this bag: Thermos Cool Tec Lunch Sack Kit, Blue. But it didn't feel as convenient with a single pocket and no zip to keep the cold inside.
