Cute, even if not a star wars fan Posted: 23 July 2010
Bought this as a gift for someone. Very cute, though it beeps every time you push the button to see the time.
R2D2 Alarm Clock Posted: 01 July 2010
I purchased this clock for my Son's 7th birthday and he loves it! R2D2 is loud enough to wake him up in the morning and we've had no trouble with him getting up on time since his birthday. It is fairly small and the only way you can get the time projected on the wall is to push the DEMO button but this activates the loud sound effects. It would be great if the time projected on the wall on the hour or at specified intervals. Other than that I'm very happy with the purchase! the instructions were easy to follow and you can quite easily turn off the alarm for the weekends. I would recommend this for any star wars fan.

The product is an absolute must for any man with a passing interest in sci-fi. Not so fun for the girlfriend with no interest in sci-fi.
Disappointing Really Posted: 13 February 2010
There are no instruction in English! We have managed to figure out how to set the time but other features like the alarm - which it was bought for!!! - we still cant get to work! I'm sure with instructions it would be easy but none of us are very good at Japanese, Spanish or German!!
